Building and maintenance One of Frigerio Ettore S.p.A.'s strongest point lies in its Building and Maintenance Department, where tools are built for the internal production process, using such instruments as CNC machines, electro-wire welding and many more. This allows to develop much more efficient and stable production processes as well as to carry out modifications or maintenance works within a limited lead time.
Great attention is also paid to the performance of a precautionary automatic maintenance program on every existing tool.

Stamping The wide range of tools built during the years confers the necessary know how to develop complex production processes whose characteristic is to be particularly stable and efficient.

Welding Frigerio Ettore S.p.a. is well known in
Europe
for its capacity to perform most difficult and critical welding processes.
Our equipment: projection welding units with electronic and automatic control for the welding parameters. Spot welding and monophase/threephase projection welding units and arc welding units with power up to 600 kW.
Mechanical machining Particularly required are additional mechanical working and assembly processes, in order to receive a product as complete as possible.
Toolings and assembling machines (every single industrial process) are designed and built internally.
As for superficial treatments, the company has a zinc plating plant at its disposal as well as a range of highly specialized and certified suppliers for other types of protective treatment.
Quality control The higher and higher quality standards need a well equipped metrological laboratory able to allow dimensional surveys on the production as well as a careful analysis - together with the Customer - of the production processes during the start up phase of the product .
Warehouse & shipping department
The company operates through a central informatics system "pull customer driven" (and internally developed) that allows an easy and rapid order management, thus reducing delivery times. A net of qualified carriers allows to send the products worldwide.
